Coral Calcium and Optimal Health
If you want optimal health, but I understand that it is not easy to get it only from the foods you eat supplement very beneficial is the coral calcium.
You probably know that calcium is an essential mineral for all of us, especially the strength of our bones. But did you know it plays many vital functions in the body? Calcium salts obtained from fossil coral reefs known as coral calcium. Coral calcium is acquired by grinding the limestone, which lies above the ground and was once part of the coral reefs. Living coral reefs can not be harvested because they are in danger. In addition, coral calcium deposit taken deep sea is likely to be heavily contaminated and that the operation may have an adverse environmental effect.
Calcium carbonate, magnesium and small amounts other minerals together make up the coral calcium.
The Surgeon General of the United States recommends that women, children and men to consume an amount adequate calcium and vitamin D to help build strong bones. Calcium can also help support proper muscle contractions and nerve functions. It is claimed that 90% of all women and 60% of men in the U.S. do not get enough calcium in the diets.
Tan, coral calcium can play a huge role in correct this deficiency, in part because it also contains magnesium and 70 other minerals that are necessary in our daily diet.
Certainly seems to be a factor important in the diets and therefore the longevity of the natives of Okinawa (where most of the coral calcium is harvested), which has the coral calcium as a regular part of their diet.
Okinawa has 10 times the number of centenarians living in Okinawa as U.S. have much lower incidence of coronary heart disease, stroke and some types of cancer than Americans. They often are in excellent health and in full possession of his mental faculties in their 80's and 90's.
Of course there are other factors that help maintain health in old age, but the coral calcium intake is a contributing factor.
