4 Double Chin Exercises

In this day and age when appearance often can determine their popularity and appeal, is only expected to spend more and more money and time in the same beauty products, skin treatments, the works. But more important than all these things is to work on his fitness regime.

A double chin, for example, can blight the best of looks. It can be caused by weight gain or aging or may even be a feature of inheritance. It results from the deposition of fat under the skin layer, causing the collapse of the skin. Common factors that may contribute further these are:

* Poor posture: An incorrect position, a crestfallen return can lead to accumulation of fat in several spots on your body.
* The increase weight.
* Accumulation of fluid in your body can lead to a double chin too.

Ideally, you should feel your neck muscles contract and relax whenever opens and closes the mouth. You can do this exercise double chin on the sets of 15-30, up to four times a day.

3. Stand straight. Put your head on a smooth and hard as a wall. Stand still for a few seconds. Apply pressure to the surface through his forehead. You feel your neck muscles tighten. Repeat the exercise on both sides of the head. You can do this double chin exercise up to 2-3 times a day.

4. Lift your chin at an angle. Place your index and middle fingers under the chin. You can also use a tennis ball instead. The idea is to create a resistance to free movement of muscles the region. Press your tongue against your lower jaw line. If you are doing the exercise correctly, then you will feel the pressure in the fingers. Hold for as long as possible. Relax for ten seconds and repeat. You can do this exercise 4-5 times a day.
