For breakfast: 1 egg with an egg, 3 slices low calorie toast with reduced margarine, a packet of oatmeal, and some cereals. For lunch: nothing. For Snack: salad with chunks bacon and cheese, cereals and some kind of pasta, apple Dinner: spiggeti with sauce and Parmesan, and ice cream! Did i eat good ind How can I improve! I a 14, 5'8, I'm 123 pounds and !!!!!!!!: D: D: D: D

I'm very healthy eating and stuff. Probably eat more than I (16 5'3 "of size 2). I would say it must ditch the bacon, pastries, and ice cream. Eating butter, because in general, based margarine is hydrogenated oils (trans fats). Lunch. It's okay to eat junk food, but is limited. It appears that your diet is lacking fruit. Most importantly, eat slowly and enjoy your food! Good job being so skinny. I jealous. : P
