Fossil Eggs
Fossil Eggs
Welcome to the enchanting world of fossils. The fossils will help to discover and learn more the species of creatures existed much before the existence of human beings. In general, fossils are the remains of creatures that thousands or even millions years ago. Many fossils range of sound in different parts of the world thousands of years by millions of years old. In the records, the earliest fossils about 600 million years. Moreover, there are also reports that the bacteria may have existed up to 3 billion years ago. The most widely speaking are the dinosaur fossils that have become extinct over 65 million years. But this does not mean it has retained former life as fossils. In fact there a large number of species that simply vanished without a trace. The materials most likely to survive the hard times of fossilization are the hard parts as shells or bones and objects that were built with resistant materials, such as coral. In most cases where the softer materials have survived, is considered that conditions must be very favorable.
Fossils have been discovered in a variety of sizes, for example, from very small skeletal remains large. Fossils are evidence of past life, but the result of the activities or presence of creatures and plants. Topics of interest for many fossil excavators or researchers are the fossilized eggs.
Fossil eggs have been produced in response to the many questions that were answered and eluded scientists. For example, until recently, scientists wondered if the reptiles that roamed freely in most of the land in the world in the era of the dinosaurs put eggs or gave birth to live young like mammals do. With the fossils found of dinosaur eggs, this question has found an answer and allowed us to a new vision in the life of such pre-historic creatures. Currently, no dinosaur fossils are especially rare egg, which is known in the world more than 220 sites worldwide. Dinosaur eggs have been found in North America, France, Mongolia and China. It is believed that some species of dinosaurs, like some living reptiles, buried their eggs in the soil. This has been seen as a possibility for the eggs to become fossilized.
Many research projects have been occurring in order to unearth the fossil or egg. Indeed, egg fossils give us the opportunity to learn more about the lost species. For some, finding the fossil eggs has been a passion and who have dedicated their lives to the task. The researchers have succeeded in understanding about the lives of prehistoric species of the remains of their eggs.
